Lavash Sheeting: Step 1
Assembly
  1. Make 3 single folds. No need to rest inbetween.
  2. Before sheeting to the final thickness (1.5 on the sheeter) sheet to 4. 
  3. On half of the dough spread out the herbs. 
  4. Cover them with the other half of the dough. 
  5. Then, do the final sheeting.  It will stretch out the thinner herbs.  
  6. Bake on a perforated sheet tray for even drying.
