Fill the cavity with the Cremfil Ultim Hazelnut.
Pour tempered chocolate in between two acetate sheets and flat it down with a PVC pipe. Cut a disc of chocolate the same diameter as the cookies and let set. Stick the disc on the Cremfil Ultim.
