Gingerbread Apple Cake

Gingerbread Cake Method
Mix the eggs, molasses, spices and Tegral Satin CL Crème Cake for 2 minutes on low speed and 3min on medium speed. Add oil and water and mix for 1min on low speed (scrape down) and 3min on low speed. In a 3inch mold add 100g batter then the 40g Topfil Washignton Apple Filling and 20g crumb topping. Bake at 350F for 20 – 25 minutes or until done.

Chocolate Coating Method
Melt the Belcolade Blanc and then add the oil

Gingerbread Mousse Method
Whip the One Step Vanilla Mousse, water and Gingerbread Spice for 1 minute on low and then 2-3 minutes on medium or until thick. Pipe on the Gingerbread cake.
