Mix all the ingredients except the smoobees for 2 minutes on low speed and 2 minutes at medium speed with a flat beater. Mix the smoobees for 1 minute on low speed under the batter. Pour 300 gr of batter in a cake mould and bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
Coating:
For the coating, heat all the ingredients together till 35°C. Dip the sized cake in the chocolate and let set.
