Toast and chop the almonds. Combine butter, almond butter, brown sugar, sugar, salt in a mixing bowl with a paddle until creamy. Add eggs, flour, and baking soda, followed by the oats. Mix until combined. Deposit 75g scoops onto parchment lined sheet tray. Slightly flatten the cookie, deposit 12g Deli Cheesecake Filling in the center. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until baked through.
The dough can be frozen.
