Kayla is baker specializing in bread. She has been with Puratos USA for 5 years, staring in quality control then working her way up through research and development and ending up in her current position of technical advisor for bakery. Kayla attended Johnson and Wales University where she studied Baking and Pastry; from there she worked in bakeries, diners and hotels. She enjoys hiking, kayaking and anything else outside with her family. Kayla lives in New Jersey with her husband, son and 2 dogs.
